About Camperships
In 2006, FOP launched its Campership Program after working diligently and raising enough money to continually support the operational costs of Camp Paha. In addition to funds donated to the City for operational costs, FOP pays full or partial camp fees for individual campers.  Who Receives Camperships
Camperships are based on an application process and need basis. The number of recipients is dependent on the amount of funds FOP has to give as camperships, which is decided by the campership committee. Campership application  In 2010 we awarded $10,000 in camperships and $42,000 in Camp Paha operational support. Since inception we have awarded $53,000 in camperships to help individual campers pay camp fees and more than $300,000 to the City of Lakewood to support camp operations.  How much does it cost to go to camp?
